PON : Flashing Green

 

What to do:

This indicates an issue with the configuration of the ONT.

 

We’ll need to reconfigure the device remotely.

LOS

LOS : Flashing Red

 

What to do:

This indicates an issue with the fibre line.

 

We’ll need to schedule a technician to investigate.
Please log a ticket here.

LAN 1

LAN1 : Not Active

 

What to do:

This indicates that the wireless router has been connected to the wrong port.

 

Please move the Ethernet cable to LAN1 on the back of the ONT.

If the lights are green: Power, PON, LAN1 and WLAN your connection is up from our side.
