If your Evotel fibre line has been damaged or your ONT box is faulty, please send us a ticket so that we can assist you with repairs.
Get support from your ISP for your internet service
We at Evotel will ensure your physical fibre remains up and running through regular maintenance as well as quick turnaround times on repairs. If however you experience low internet speeds, bad connectivity or any other internet related issues, your best bet is to contact your ISP directly and log a fault.
