Installation FAQ.

Once an evotel build is completed, how long will it be before I can get my fibre line installed?

This is very much up to how long it takes your ISP to install your router and activate your line after we have installed the ONT Box.

Who do I register with to get my fibre line installed into my home from the Evotel fibre infrastructure?

You can sign up for the in home installation on our website or you can contact us directly and we will gladly assist you. You can also sign up for the in home installation directly with your chosen ISP.

What is the difference between an area build and fibre installation?

Area Build – “This is the first stage of the fibre rollout. This is when our teams begin trenching or planting poles to ensure every home passed is able to connect to the high-speed broadband fibre network.” 

Fibre Installation – “This is when our teams connect your individual residence to the greater fibre network. This will equip you with a fibre connection for your router to be connected to.”
